Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I was fortunate to grow up in a family where the kitchen was the center of life. My parents, both incredible cooks, instilled in me a love for cooking that transcends borders.

My father, who owns a food truck in Puerto Rico, passed down not just his recipes but also his entrepreneurial spirit. Carrying this legacy forward, I moved to Morristown, NJ, where I began to explore and embrace the rich tapestry of Latin and Hispanic cultures. My culinary journey led me to incorporate diverse influences from Honduran, Dominican, Mexican, and Colombian cuisines into my own style, creating a unique fusion that reflects the diversity of Latin flavors.

Now, residing in Greenwood Lake, NY, I continue to share my passion through Latin-oh's food truck. As a wife and mother of three boys and three dogs, my life is full, vibrant, and always on the move much like my food truck! I take pride in bringing homemade meals that are crafted with love and a deep respect for my roots to the world.
